Improvements
Ability to Upload KMZ Files to Tickets
When creating forms, you can now add an upload button so users can submit their location data in the form (data must be in KML, KMZ, or JSON formats).
New Custom Map Layers: Historical Ticket and Historical Ticket Bounding Box
When using the ticket map, there are two new custom map layers, "Historical Ticket" and "Historical Ticket Bounding Box" now available at the lower zoom levels of the map. This feature is enabled by the toggle "Historical Ticket Map Layer."
Prevent Contract Locators from Responding to Tickets that were not assigned to them
When contract locators are responding to tickets, the system can now prevent their response if the ticket was not assigned to them (and give them an error message).
Insights AI Ticket Clearing Model
The new Insights AI Clearing model allows companies to use Insights AI Impact and Insights AI Risk smart scores, which are calculated based on incoming tickets. These Impact and Risk scores can be used in smart score “If” statements to trigger system rules.
As part of this Insights AI Clearing Model, the system now also allows smart score “If” statements to be based on map layer attribute data.
The data from the Insights AI Clearing model can be used in a new smart score called Insights AI Clearing Score, which is recorded in the ticket’s audit history.
