With the existing functionality of User Schedule, tickets assignment can be halted and redirected for a set time frame while the user is sick or on PTO. It would be extremely beneficial to have notifications to a user muted and forwarded in the same fashion, when the user has been selected in the Ticket Notifications via their on-file phone or email associated with their account.
