Add "responded" as a filter item.

Can "responded" be added in the filter?  This way, a technician can sort for tickets that he has not responded to yet in the app and not have to scroll through the whole list to look for tickets he has not responded to.

Totally agree. Also show if in "Ongoing" on summary screen.
