Currently, there is not an efficient way to pull historical ticket data containing specific keywords. Using a Ticket Filter on the Ticket Summary screen does not pull all prior data, and the option is not available in Exports nor Power BI. I would like to request Keywords to be added in Power BI for the historical data template as this would be the best and most efficient way for clients to pull this information.

Thanks for your suggestion! Our Development and Data teams are currently evaluating this request as part of ongoing improvements to the Power BI reporting experience. While we don’t have a confirmed timeline yet, we’ll be sure to provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
