These are the new features in the 2024.1 and 2 releases. To submit your ideas and vote on others, visit our UtiliSphere Feedback Forum.

2024.1

Ability to disable "Welcome" Email for Account Creation

In order to support more rigorous single sign on (SSO) policies, Irth can now require SAML login as the only way to log in. This means users get their own login URL instead of the generic login URL in the Welcome email (which is not sent to new users). Contact Irth to have this feature enabled.

Add 'Supervisor' field to Screen in Ticket Summary

For each ticket that is assigned to a user, you can now use a Ticket Screen to see who the user’s supervisor is. Two toggles (Team Management and Require User Fields) must be enabled for the company and users must have supervisors assigned to them on their User Details screen.

Weather Threat Detection

You can now configure the Threat Detection feature to handle weather threats. Use the new Weather Configuration feature to create items based on the form fields you mapped to the Weather Configuration. When the data from the form matches the filters in the Weather Configuration, the system creates an item based on the form’s data.

Changes to Registration Codes for Affected Members Recorded in Registration History

You can now see a history of changes to registration codes for creating tickets for affected members.

2024.2

Training Now Available Within the System

You can now take training courses from within the system. Browse standard training courses to choose one. The system tracks and records the ones you’ve completed. For more information, including other Irth products, see Irth Anywhere Experience (video, 1:27 min).

Two-Factor Authentication in Sandbox Environments

Sandbox environments now have the two-factor authentication that is standard in the production system. Only emails are sent from Sandbox and not SMS messages at this time.

If a Feature Does not Appear

Not all features are visible on the system’s screens. Also, not all features appear automatically when changes are made. If a feature that you are interested in does not appear, contact your company administrator for assistance.
